I have a small but lovely 2 bedroom/ 1 bathroom unit to rent in Victoria Park. It has a nice front yard, fully furnished, you even have a smaller spare room to use as a study or a bedroom. The bedrooms themselves are large with built in wardrobes.
There is a garage that fits only one car but you can use the driveway or/and use the off street parking as well.
Since this is a fully furnished house, it has everything you might need: cutlery, washing machine, dryer, couch, tv etc etc.
The unit is located in a very convenient area, extremely close to public transport and the many shops and restaurants on Albany Highway.
I am looking for a minimum of 3 months stay with a one month bond.
NOTE: Bills are NOT included in the rent.
The unit is available at the start of next week.
