How we work:
Sonas will make contact with candidates and arrange interviews in conjunctions with your Personnel Office or via SKYPE or phone calls. Should the process lead to a successful placement, Sonas will bill you at a very competitive 12.5% of the Year 1 remuneration package (OTE). Should the process not lead to a job offer to our candidates, there is no charge for the Sonas service. In the event that the candidate ceases to be employee or engaged by the client within (24) weeks of the commencement date, the Company will offer, at its sole discretion, either a part rebate of the fee paid or will find a replacement for the candidate free of charge.
