The Ayurveda Awareness Centre (AAC) was founded to bring about awareness about the benefits of Ayurveda from us to you. At AAC, we teach traditional Ayurvedic Medicine and provide ancient Indian therapies to help heal and maintain the quality and longevity of life.
WHO [World Health Organization] recognises Ayurveda as the most ancient and holistic health care system, with texts about 6000 years old. Ayurveda is a science of life (Ayur means life; Veda means science or knowledge). It offers a body of wisdom designed to help people realise their full human potential.
