Hi, We are looking for a room mate (preferably male) in a 6 bedroom house with five other aussie room mates. Preferably quite and easy going. The house is brand new with aircoinditioning in all rooms. The kitchen, dining and tv rooms are fully furnished and the house has additional security precautions including rollershutters on all windows, high electronic fence and an alarm system.It's 5mins drive to Curtin University, 5-7mins from Carousel Shopping centre, 15mins to the city, and the La Plaza Bentely is located at the end of the street along with a Shell petrol station making shopping very convenient.
