We are a family of 4 (parents & 2 teenage girls) and we have a puppy. We have a single room that we would like to rent out for AUD 140 per week including electricity, water, gas and wireless internet connection. It is in a peaceful, new housing estate in Queens Park 6107 and public transport is quite easily accessible and it is near Carousel Shopping Centre. Preferably looking for a female international uni student. All you need is your own bedsheets and personal belongings.
